Arcata School District LCAP Public Input Meeting on December 14th

Please join us on Thursday, December 14th from 6:00 – 7:00 pm at the Arcata Elementary School Multi-Purpose Room for discussion regarding our LCAP (Local Control Accountability Plan) goals for the 2017-18 school year. Parents, staff and community members are encouraged to participate and provide input.

The LCAP is a three-year, district-level plan that is updated annually. The plan describes the district’s status and progress regarding state eight priorities for students: basic conditions of learning, implementation of state standards, student achievement, student engagement, family involvement,  school climate, course access, and other outcomes. The LCAP outlines goals for services to students and specific actions the district will take to achieve those goals. Metrics are listed that will be used to measure progress and success.
