School board openings are in trustee area 3 (around Arcata Elementary) and trustee area 5 (around HSU) only. To determine your trustee area, use the interactive map on the District's website (arcataschooldistrict.org) and look under Board of Trustees - Board Members. Applications for the Arcata School District Board of Trustees are due October 21 at 4:30 pm. Call the District Office with any questions at (707) 822-0351, extension 4.
